You can either create a PDF job manually using the “Publish PDF” function in the file context menu or you can create PDF jobs automatically on lifecycle transistions.

Use the LifecycleEventEditor from the Vault SDK to define automatic jobs. The jobname for publishing PDFs is “RT.TOOLS.PDF”. The jobname for deleting PDFs from external repositories is “RT.TOOLS.PDF.DELETEEXT”.
