Area: Project parameter
In this area you can view and edit the existing project parameters.
Project parameters can be output in addition to the characteristic data during export. The actual values are entered in the “Project parameters” dialog. See Chapter Project parameters.
There are two types of project parameters that differ in the “Source” property. The source specifies where the value for a parameter is specified. There are two sources: “Test Plan Editor” and “Manual”. In the “Project parameters” dialog box, only parameters with the source “Test Plan Editor” are displayed, whereas parameters with the property “Manual” are displayed and edited in Reitec Test plan.QCC.
Edit project parameters
The following properties are available in the “Project parameters” dialog.
| Name | Description |

| Display Name | Displayed name of the project parameter. |
| Parameter Type | The underlying data type of the parameter (text, integer, floating point number, date, check box). |
| Default Value | The default value of the parameter that is set the first time the “Parameter” dialog is called. |
| Source | Defines where the project parameter can be written. |
| Source Key | If the project parameter is to be described with the value of a file property, the key displayed in the “File Properties” dialog must be entered here. See Chapter Export. |

In the exported Excel file project parameters can be found starting from line 5000.
