Area: Tables

Tables with inspection values can be placed directly in the drawing. The user can choose between different table definitions. In the options area “Tables” you can adapt existing table definitions or create new table definitions.

A table definition consists of general data such as name and title and the associated columns.

In the “Table Definitions” area you can create new definitions, edit existing definitions or delete existing definitions using the'Plus','Pen' and'Minus' buttons.

In the “Column Definitions” area you can add new columns to the selected table definition or edit or delete existing column definitions using the buttons'Plus','Pen' and 'Minus'. You can change the order of the columns using the 'Arrow' buttons.

Creating and editing table definitions The 'Plus' and 'Pen' buttons take you to the editing dialog for table definitions, where you can make the following settings:

Name Description
Name The name is displayed when the user wants to insert a table and is used to distinguish between the different table definitions.
Title A title line can be displayed above the table, which extends over the entire table width. If the field remains empty, no title line is displayed.
Columns↔ Rows Allows to swap columns and rows, creating the characteristic data to the right and the columns to the bottom.
First Column Width Defines the width of the first column when columns and rows are swapped.
First Column Alignment Defines the alignment of the cell contents of the first column when columns and rows are swapped.
Other Columns Width Defines the width of the other columns when columns and rows are swapped.
Other Columns Alignment Defines the alignment of the cell contents of the other columns when columns and rows are swapped.

Editing the columns Click the 'Plus' or 'Pen' button to access the editing dialog for column definitions, where you can make the following settings:

Name Description
Name Name of the column which is displayed as the column header.
Width Width of the column in millimeters.
Alignment Alignment of cell contents (left, right, center).
Line 1 Values of the inspection values displayed in the first row of the cell.

The values are selected in a separate dialog. Here you can choose between general properties such as the number and characteristic-specific properties. The 'Plus' buttons add a property to the value list.
